When you join the Solguard pre-order interest list, you provide your name and email address. Our website hosting and form service provider may also process technical data required to operate and secure the website, such as IP address and browser information.

We use submitted information to maintain the Solguard interest list, contact you about the product, its development, launch, or availability, respond to your requests, and operate or protect our website. Joining the list is not a purchase or paid reservation.
Service providers
We use Netlify to host the website and handle its signup form. Netlify may process submitted information to provide these services. We may also use email or advertising providers to communicate with people who have requested updates, subject to their applicable privacy terms. We do not sell signup contact information.
Your choices
You can ask to stop receiving product updates or request deletion of your signup information by replying to a Solguard email you have received. We will address requests as appropriate under applicable law.
Data retention and security
We keep interest-list data for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required by law. We take reasonable precautions, but no website or data transmission can guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our interest list is not intended for children under 13. Please do not submit a child's personal information.
